VECTRAN® BRAID

Composition :

8, 12 or 16 plait multifilament braid in Vectran® fiber.

Characteristics :

Low extension at working loads (maximum stretch 3.3%).
Density is close to aramide.
No creep at working loads.
Excellent resistance to abrasion due to ¨Marine Finish¨ film covering Vectran®.
Good resistance to high temperatures (a high antifusion level).
Possible to cover with a coloured polyurethane film, on request (to ensure better resistance to abrasion).
